Jack Sutcliffe
In the five years prior to joining Levanter, Jack founded ‘Properties 4 Students’ which continues to own and manage a substantial portfolio of student houses in Guildford.
Keen to broaden his horizons in real estate, Jack joined Levanter in 2010.
As well as sourcing and analysing new opportunities, Jack leads on project strategy, structuring and funding.
Having become a partner in 2017, Jack is also jointly responsible for the day to day running of the company and overseeing all the projects.
Away from work, Jack enjoys a variety of endurance and adrenaline sports! In 2009 Jack became the second youngest Briton to reach the summit of Mt Everest.
