Levanter Developments is a property development and investment company based in Surrey.

Since forming in 2004 Levanter have transacted on assets throughout the UK and Europe, totalling in excess of £500m.

Our principal focus is on residential and mixed-use development across the South East, with an emphasis on later living accommodation including retirement and care homes.

Levanter has the resource to consider a diverse range of opportunities and deal structures. We are self-funded, allowing for key decisions to be made swiftly without recourse to third parties.

With the help of our vastly experienced consultant team, we have an unblemished 100% planning track record having delivered planning for over 1000 units.

Levanter’s dedicated team are keen to establish new relationships and of course nurture those relationships that have supported the business over the last 20 years.
